Mybalcony World S.L. ("Mybalcony") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.
It is Mybalcony’s policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the account or access of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
Mybalcony is governed by and comply with all legal provisions contained in the Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996 , 12 April, in which is approved the revised text of the Law on Intellectual Property, regularizing, clarifying and harmonizing the existing legislation on matter. Mybalcony take appropriate legal action against users who infringe or showing signs of breaking some of the provisions of this Real Decreto.
All photo files published on the Site or Application have explicit permission for publication and free transfer from the creators to be published on the Site and Application. All creations include author's name. Creations that do not incorporate explicitly the author's name are (i) owned by Mybalcony or (ii) works that have been purchased from a third party and Mybalcony enjoys the publication rights. If you, as author of the photographs, even if you gave your consent, does not agree with the
result of the publication of your photograph and you want to delete them from the Site, please request your withdrawal through info@mybalcony.com and we will do it immediately. Whenever a work is transferred to Mybalcony licensed under a Creative Commons license, Mybalcony is committed to continuing with the same Creative Commons terms set by the author.
